I can't log in to the member portal (or I forgot my password)

Portal & login

The portal is at members.bluewatercruising.com.

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. If the reset email does not arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Even easier: a secure code

Click "Login with secure code." It emails you a one-time code, so you do not need a password at all.

First time signing in?

Click the community group link from your welcome email, then: Join Group, then "New User? Sign Up," enter your name and email, set a password, log in, and add a profile photo so the crew recognizes you.

Your partner gets their own login

Do not share one account. Use two different email addresses, because a shared email breaks the second account. Partner access is set up through the Member Information Form. If your partner still can't get in, text the Member Success line at 614-714-6341 and we will sort it out.
