Get every call on your calendar

Hey, it's Chris. This is the fastest ninety seconds you'll spend in the program. We're going to get every live call onto your calendar. Because here's the truth: if it's not in the calendar, it doesn't happen. Log in to the portal and look at the top. Discussion. Learning. Events. Click Events. Here's everything coming up. First Sunday of the month, that's the MET training with me. Second Sunday, the Expert call. Third Sunday, Straight From the Helm with me and Keith. Last Sunday, Women on Water. And Thursdays, Hey We're Doing It. Click a call. Hit Register. Then Add to Calendar. Careful, that's a dropdown, so pick your own calendar. Google is the most reliable one. One thing about time zones. Every call is entered in Eastern time, and your calendar converts that for you. Times can vary by call, so check the Events tab for the exact time. If a time ever looks wrong, set the event's time zone to Eastern and it sorts itself out. The Thursday call is one registration that repeats forever. The monthly Sunday calls each have their own link, so add each one when the new month posts. Do this once, today. Then your Zoom link is sitting in every invite, right when you need it.
